The Department of
Electronics & Communication Engineering, as evident
from its nomenclature and nature embedded therein,
has the proud privilege of being an indispensable
department, since it serves as foundation for
Computer Science & Engineering and its first kin
Information & Technology, which serves as bed-rock
for Electronics.
The Department has well-equipped labs provisioned
with the latest lab kits and most advanced
equipment, within easy reach so as to give our
students practical hands-on-experience. A regular
upgrading of the equipment is an ongoing process so
as to enable our students to keep pace with the
rapid developments. This enables the department to
disseminate desired knowledge to the aspirants in a
broader perspective.
The Department has the distinction of its having on
its rolls a sizeable number of faculty members, with
ample experience in their respective areas of
specialization, providing this department a
cutting-edge over other branches. An enviable
envisioning, deft designing a well-pruned planning
of lessons and their exquisite execution enables the
